Natural White Opal and Rhodochrosite are composed into a long beaded sautoir, centred by a gold-vermeil fob and finished with considered mixed-metal details.

The contrast between luminous Opal and rose-toned Rhodochrosite gives the piece a soft but substantial presence, designed to be worn long, layered or wrapped according to the body and moment.

Rhodochrosite brings the heart home. White Opal lets feeling remain luminous and alive. I wanted the long sautoir to have movement and generosity, but also a strong central fob—a place the whole composition could return to.

My hope is that this piece reminds you that love is most powerful when it does not require you to disappear.
