Melissa Farrugia’s journey began in a realm of European enchantment and Mediterranean magic—where bead-weaving nannas, hearth-healers, clairvoyant cousins, and smiths conjured art from metal and stone. In that world, colour cradled power, and she learned that symbols, stories, and stones can mend and guide the spirit.

Pilgrim of Sacred Pathways
Armed with an Honours in science and honed in the art of marketing and storytelling, she balanced analysis with intuition. My feet wandered ancient landscapes—star-sung temples, vine-laced pyramids, turquoise labyrinths of crystal lakes—gathering animal wisdom, sacred geometry, elemental rites, and the ceaseless rhythms of sun and moon. Every encounter became a bright bead, awaiting its place on the strand.

An Ancestral Chorus
Only after returning home did she listen for the voices within. Tracing her lineage
revealed a rich chorus: Maltese temple-masons grounding sky in stone, Phoenician tide-priestesses steering by stars, North-African desert seers and animal whisperers reading fate in tracks and constellations, herb-wise queens of the Maghreb, Celtic bard-healers weaving soul with song, and Norse rune-carvers inscribing prophecy in oak. Each tradition now hums softly through
every Melana creation.

The Rise of the Wheel
Under the hush of midnight feeds, she began sketching what would become the Anima Mundi ~ Wheel of Life™—a living soul-compass aligned with Southern skies. Thirteen spirit guides now dance across lunar months, weaving continents and centuries into a single harmonious orbit.

Keeper of Ancient Lore
Today, in her Melbourne studio, she crafts small-batch talismans that carry every ancestral gift—stone-setter, star-reader, herb-healer, bard, and rune-seer. Ethically
sourced, consciously forged, and ritually blessed, each jewel is a vessel of wisdom, placed gently in your hands for safe keeping.
