Our Gratitude Guarantee – 14-Day Returns & Exchanges
If your jewel does not sing in harmony with your heart, you have 14 days from its arrival to send it home for a full refund or exchange.
- Requirements: unworn, unaltered, and nestled in original Melana packaging (box, pouch, or case).
- How: email info@melana.com.au to receive effortless return instructions.
- Note: return shipping and insurance are the customer’s responsibility.
Bespoke Creations
Every bespoke talisman is an alchemical one-of-one—shaped from your vision and our craft.
- 50 % deposit sets your jewel in motion and is non-refundable once design is approved; cancellation forfeits this deposit.
- Balance is due on completion; typical creation time is 4–8 weeks.
- Side note: Rare delays may occur if specific gems or components are unavailable worldwide. We will keep you informed.
- Exception: Custom Stretch Beaded Bracelets may be returned under the Gratitude Guarantee above.
Repairs & Restoration
Melana jewels are forged for a lifetime of becoming. Should yours need care:
- Email info@melana.com.au with your name, order number, photos, and a brief description.
- We'll issue a Repair Authorisation Number—write this on your parcel before posting.
- Complimentary repair for manufacturing defects within 45 days of purchase.
- After 45 days—or for wear, impact, or misuse—repairs begin at AU $50 per piece and scale with time and materials.
