Returns & Repairs

Every Melana jewel is sanctified in its making — prayer-beaded, spirit-sealed, and sent with our Gratitude Guarantee: if your piece does not feel aligned, you may return it within 14 days from the purchase date.

Please note:
Customised and bespoke jewels are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged, as they are created uniquely for you.

For reasons of hygiene, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty upon arrival.

Eligibility for Return

To honour your request, please ensure:

The jewel is unused and in the same condition as received.

The jewel is returned in its original packaging.

Your request is submitted within 14 days from the purchase date.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the jewel is damaged or a packing error occurred.

Repairs — Our Promise of Care

We offer complimentary repairs within 60 days from the purchase date for any manufacturing faults, as part of our commitment to enduring craftsmanship.

Beyond this period, repairs will be assessed individually, and a repair charge may apply depending on the nature of the fault. Each jewel will be tended to with the same care as when it was first created.

How to Return

1. Submit your request through our Returns Centre Portal.

2. You will receive a confirmation email, including our return address, within 1 business day.

3. Upon receipt of your jewel, your return will be processed within 2 business days, with email confirmation once complete.
