Each strand is hand-strung and finished with Melana’s signature Hexagon Lock, featuring the Melana monogram.

I have always loved Baroque Pearls because their beauty lies in everything that makes them different.

Each one has taken its own shape. Its curves, markings and imperfections are not something to disguise—they are what make it impossible to repeat.

That became the heart of Baroques of Becoming.

I wanted the Hexagon Lock to bring another layer to the piece: something that could open, move and connect again. A reminder that we are never fixed in one form either.

Each Baroques of Becoming necklace is made to order and hand-finished in Melbourne. Please allow approximately 4–8 weeks, unless marked in stock.

Baroque Pearls naturally vary in shape, colour, lustre and marking, ensuring every necklace is entirely its own. Each pearl is individually hand-strung; small drill holes may remain visible as part of its artisanal construction and are not considered a fault.

Avoid water, perfume, lotions and harsh chemicals. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear and store separately when not being worn.
