Melana Jewels Pty Ltd Return and Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring that you are delighted with your Melana Jewels purchase.

If you wish to return, refund or exchange an item, we offer a 7-day window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original Melana Jewels packaging, including the box, case and/or pouch.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@melana.com.au. The cost of return shipping and insurance will be at the cost of customer. 

Bespoke - Uniquely Yours

At Melana Jewels, our bespoke creations are crafted to your unique specifications, making them truly one-of-a-kind. Please note that bespoke orders are final sale and non-returnable. Full payment is required before we begin the creative process of making your piece. Once your order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled. Bespoke pieces typically ship within 6-8 weeks from the date your order is placed.
