Many Melana jewels are made to order and require up to 8 weeks for creation, unless marked in stock. This allows time for thoughtful sourcing of stones, metals, and symbols — often from small-batch or specialised suppliers — and for each piece to be crafted with integrity and intention.
- One-of-a-Kind (OOAK) pieces are created once and will not be repeated.
- Limited Editions are produced in finite ceremonial runs and rest once complete.

Free standard shipping within Australia on all orders. Once your piece is complete, it is carefully packed and dispatched with tracking provided.
International shipping rates and timeframes are calculated at checkout.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided items are unworn, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
