We are committed to ensuring that you are delighted with your Melana Jewels purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, we offer a 7-day window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original Melana Jewels packaging, including the box, case and/or pouch.

At Melana Jewels, our bespoke creations are crafted to your unique specifications, making them truly one-of-a-kind. Please note that bespoke orders are final sale and non-returnable. Full payment is required before we begin the creative process of making your piece. Once your order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled. Bespoke pieces typically ship within 6-8 weeks from the date your order is placed.

Custom Beaded Bracelets are an exception and may be returned in line with our standard return policy. Please refer to the Returns & Exchanges section for further details.

Melana Jewels is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality and durability in our creations. Should you need a repair for an item purchased from MelanaJewels.com.au we are here to assist. Please email us at info@melana.com.au with your name, address, order number, a photo of the damaged piece, and a description of the repair needed.

We will provide a Repair Authorization Number, which must be clearly marked on your package.

We offer complimentary repairs for any manufacturing defects within 90 days of purchase. Repairs outside this period or those resulting from wear and tear, or misuse may incur a fee, with each case assessed individually.
